The conference and training rooms at Daetwyler Plaza are available for rent to non-tenants as follows:
Conference room A (Seats 15)
This room is equipped two TV monitors to which guest can connect with their own laptop, a speaker phone, and a refrigerator/sink area with Keurig coffee maker. Limited coffee/tea and water available for cash purchase. Wi-Fi available at no additional charge.
Conference room B (Seats 4)
This room is equipped with a round table, 4 chairs and a speaker phone. Wi-Fi is available at no additional charge.
Conference room C (seats 8)
This 2nd floor room is equipped with a large table, 8 chairs and has a credenza to setup refreshments. There is a Keurig coffee maker in the room.
The training room (seats 25 classroom style)
This room is setup with 15 tables and 30+ chairs which can be setup specific to your meeting needs. Tables can be folded and moved out of the way if desired. Additional setup fee applies if a layout change is requested prior to meeting. There are two TV monitors with a soundbar. Bring your own laptop/cables to connect. Wi-Fi available at no additional charge. Keurig coffee maker can be provided upon request.
